CORE TECHNOLOGY
Lithium-ion battery
recovery process
We recover high-purity materials through safe discharge, precise dismantling, and advanced material separation technologies, which offer the following features:
- Automated battery inspection and sorting system (customizable based on client requirements).
- Residual electrical energy recovery is conducted through a safe and non-polluting discharge process, resulting in a net-negative carbon footprint for the operation.
- Enclosed physical processing line: Effectively prevents the release of dust and volatile gases, thereby eliminating the risk of secondary pollution.
- Hydrometallurgy: Utilizes continuous extraction technology with high separation and purification capability, enabling the rapid production of high-purity regenerated metals.
Recovery of Valuable Metals and Critical Materials
By implementing tailored treatment processes, manufacturing byproducts from battery production can be converted into cathode and anode materials that meet battery-grade specifications, achieving a carbon reduction efficiency of up to 89%.

EXTRACTION OF VALUABLE METAL-IONS AND HYDROMETALLURGY
Our proprietary extraction technology significantly shortens the separation time of leached acid from low-impurity black mass from the front-end process. Following a second-stage extraction, high-purity metal ion solutions with a purity exceeding 99.5% and overall recovery efficiency reaching over 98% can be obtained. These metal ion solutions are then delivered to dedicated electroplating systems, enabling the production of high-purity copper, cobalt, and nickel metals.
